My Journey

I’m Tasha Jennings—ACE Certified Personal Trainer, AADE Lifestyle Coach, and licensed Zumba® and STRONG Nation® Instructor. I’m also someone who’s been through the unexpected challenge of being diagnosed with Type II Pre-Diabetes at age 28. Despite being active and making “healthy choices,” I realized there were gaps in my approach to nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle.

Through trial, education, and a prevention-focused mindset, I reversed my condition naturally—without medication—and created sustainable health habits that have lasted ever since. This journey inspired me to help others do the same. I founded Tasha J Fitness to share the tools, knowledge, and support people need to take control of their health and make positive, lasting changes.
